This is in regards to a person who has committed simple assault, is currently on parole and committed this crime in a state that he shouldn’t have been in the first place.
Just wondering how long it take for parole officer to get an arrest warrant issued so that he can violate this person?
1 hour to get a warrant but the police is not going to go straight and get him most likely they will wait untill he is pull over for a simple traffic ticket. Unless you know someone or the parole officer as a bone to pick with him. Good Luck.
ALL A PAROLE OFFICER HAS TO DO IS PUNCH IT IN ON HIS COMPUTER AND A WARRANT CAN BE ISSUED. SAME DAY!!!! THERE IS NO WAIT ANY MORE.
Have the victim report the assault to the police. The police go to his address and arrest him. The look up the system for details of the warrant. As his committed an office on parole, he will not be granted bail and will appear before the next available court. If/when he is bailed, he will have conditions not to approach, harass, contact, go within a certain distance of the victim, if he does, he becomes a guest of her majesty/or the president depending on your country. Simple!
as soon as the judge has signed the warrent its active.Depending on high priority will be the deciding factor on how long an arrest will be made. That is if the person can be found, of course! My suggestion to you is if you know a warrent for your arrest has been signed, your’e much better off turning yourself in, that way you don’t get caught off guard!Thats always a bummer!
