Walked in santa clara court for a speeding ticket but I ended up coming out finding that had an arrest warrant 5 years ago for a minor violation in Palo Alto,CA. The clerk said that they couldn’t do anything about it because it is out of their jurisdiction. Am i going to end up getting booked in and have to wait for a court appearance?

Sounds like it. There’s NO Statute of Limitations on Outstanding Warrants in California… I guess they figure They’re gonna “GET You” sooner or later- on a Traffic Violation SOMEwhere in the State- if you have an Outstanding Warrant pending… It’s just a matter of Time…
You are liable for an offence 5 years ago. You should engage an attorney to fight your case.
