How Can I Find A Missing Person In Tijuana?

My cousin went to Ensenada, Mexico on Aug 28 with her husband. She hasn’t been heard from since sept. 6. I messaged someone that worked at the Hotel she was staying and he confirmed she was there however she has not been seen since the 6th. I was wondering if anybody can help me and tell me how I can file a missing persons report. Or how I can find out if God forbid she is in a hospital. Please any information will be helpful. Thanks

You should first contact the U.S. Embassy in Tijuana: 011-52-664-622-7400 or in San Diego 1-619-692-2154.
Tijuana is quite a distance (about an hour) from Ensenada, so if she was in Ensenada, you could also contact the police there. Be prepared for the fact that they may not speak much English.
One of these two numbers should work: 011-52-646-176-3636 or 011-52-646-176-2722.
Hopefully, she is fine. I have a habit of extending my trips every time I go to Mexico, and we can hope that is what she and her husband have done. I wish you all the best.

I would do what YoMera is telling you to do. You should also notify the Police in your cousins home town. Don’t know if will be much help but try anyway. Maybe they can work together with the Ensenada Police to bring her home.
Just be advised that their are drug wars going on in Mexico and I have heard that they are kidnapping Americans. I HOPE THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE. GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND HOPE THAT SHE TURNS OUT TO BE OKAY.
