I missed a courtdate for an OAR and now, 3 months later I have a warrant. I need to know if this is just a book/release or if I also need to pay a fee (bond?).
The state doesn’t charge you anything for issuing a warrant for your arrest. What happens after you’re arrested depends on why your license was revoked. It could be a fine or it could be some time in the big house.
Contact the DA’s office and tell them you learned of the warrant and want to come in voluntarily. Ask them what you can expect.
