If I Have An Outstanding Arrest Warrant, Can I Still File My Taxes?

I have an outstanding arrest warrant in CO and have been living in AK since before it was issued. My husband and I want to file our taxes asap so that I can go and take care of this warrant….will having the outstanding arrest warrant stop us from filing our taxes?

Unless someone attached your refund, I would think that taxes have nothing to do with this.

Outstanding arrest warrants and Federal Taxes have nothing to do with each other.
File your taxes, before you get locked up.
