I just retired and have the time but not a lot of money ? What steps can I do to find my brother ? He is an adult that has been missing for 3 + years….. The next time he was to call I would have told him I was moving he never called he does not have my new address. How can I learn the things a PI would do ?
seems like you might be able to get a warrant to search DMV and SSA records…to see if he has moved or obtained employment somewhere. Credit searches might be helpful as well. If you have his ssn and his birthdate and his mothers maiden name, there is a ton of info you can find out….but some of it will need to be ‘by the books”….with a warrant.
You can’t magically learn the year’s of training they have. the easiest way to find a missing person who is out and about in the world is to call the police and ask. They will know what to do, or can point you in the right direction.
This may sound odd, but try a psychic!
