Will an American criminal record or arrest warrant be revealed by Irish immigration if the passport is new and has no american or any other visas in it? If I apply for permanent resident in Ireland and never mention that I’ve been to US and have a criminal record/arrest warrant there will the Irish immigration be able to find it out?
