Long story short, back in 2003 I got into some trouble while living in Phoenix. I was living in Phoenix and moved back to Michigan when my Grandfather was diagnosed with cancer. I now believe that I have a arrest warrent out in my name. What are the statues of limitations and what should be done to clear this up. This is important beacuse I would like a job in the medical field and I know that this would be a deal breaker for a job.
I had 3 warrants out on me regarding breeching 3 conditions of a Peace Bond, This is in the province of Alberta, Canada.
After 31/2 weeks, of freedom, i finally called and spoke with a lawyer and he told me to turned my self in. Which I did.
How long might I have went free with out the police coming and arresting me…that is, besides getting pulled over for a traffic violation?
