just heard the news about Jaycee Lee Dugard.... a girl kidnapped 18 years ago have been found alive. Jaycee was kidnapped when she was walking to a bus stop alone in the morning. The bus stop was only 150 yards away from her home. So my question is... is it that dangerous to let ur kids walk to a bus stop alone in the early morning in the us?
