My Po said he would put a warrant for me because I havent had my new address. I’ve called several times and he never responded. So if he is the new mandate is there a way I can pay? His offense a misdemeanor lewd public sex in a car. He left the embassy today, if I may call again tomorrow to stop the mandate? I can no longer face to face, because I hit the city, he has made this possible.
The warrant isn’t anything too serious. It’s a misdemeanor, and we’re trying to go to the courthouse to get our marriage license and have it in affect before next month is out.
I would like to be able to find all the necessary information on possible felony and/or misdemeanor arrest warrants that may be outstanding on an ‘individual’. I would also like to find out if two people were, at the same time, charged with the same criminal offense; Then those charges were dropped against one individual (lack of evidence), does that mean the same charges have to be dropped against individual #2? With no funds for a private atty., how can legal aid assist across multiple state lines? Thank you.
