Do the cops come to your house to arrest you if you dont pay a speeding ticket(my only one ticket in life) or do they just get you eventually on the road?
is someone has to pay x amount of dollars and they get a courtdate to pay the amount or b held in contempt and they dont show up will the state issue a warrant for there arrest. the child support is in PA and the person lives in MD.
I’m scared.. Alot… We never recieved a letter saying we need to go to court but now they just sent us a letter saying we have a capias warrant arrest for not appearing in court. I am really scared.. How long will it take for them to start looking. Please help.
My moms boyfriend went to the hospital and while walking home or something nobody has seen him since. She filed a missing persons report and I just want to know is it likely that he is still okay or if cases like this typically end out alright.
